the team just recently went through a health check, taking urine samples, blood samples and ECG... we has BP Labs to our dept and did the check... when we did the check, we were given extra test to be done with a fee of RM20 per test... those test were for heart probs, cancer detection, HIV and more...
so some of us took a few, took all and i'm not too sure if anyone didn't take any of those extra.. i was personally scared of these test and i don't know what i could have... heheheh
after a week, the results came back.. and BP Labs had a doctor over to explain our results to us.. it was very informative and it gave us a clearer view on what's happening to our body and what we SHOULD DO to be healthier... heheh...
as far as i know, we are all healthy, just need to take care on what we eat and exercise more.... :) as my saying goes ... "no one is dying - yet" heheheh.... you know what i mean! :P
